Please allow between 3-5 working days for us to process your refund. If more than 5 days have passed please email us at admin@edobi.com.my to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Lost/Damaged Items Process

Although we never intend to damage or lose your items, in rare instances it may happen. If this occurs, please let us know immediately by email at admin@edobi.com.my so we can start working to make things right. You can check out our full policy here.

Damaged Items

We exercise the highest care in cleaning your garments and use only those processes, which in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. However, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness or defects in materials or workmanship that are not readily apparent prior to processing. Furthermore, we request that customers empty pockets prior to putting laundry out for pickup as eDobi Laundry does not take responsibility for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (i.e. pens and lipstick). eDobi Laundry is also not liable for damage caused by mislabeling of cleaning procedures such as not selecting the correct service when placing an order, or sending items in incorrect bags.

In order to receive reimbursement, any damaged items must be reported in writing to admin@edobi.com.my within seven (7) days of the delivery of the completed order. Photos of damaged items must be included in any emailed claim. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All decisions on damaged items are in eDobi Laundry’s sole discretion and are final. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent permitted under applicable law: 1. Any reimbursement for a dry cleaning or household laundry item deemed damaged by eDobi Laundry shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the damaged item (not inclusive of tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price, or condition of the garment, or RM100, whichever is lower. 2. Any reimbursement for a wash and fold item deemed damaged by eDobi Laundry shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the weight of the item multiplied by the charge per pound of wash and fold (not inclusive of tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, or RM100, whichever is lower.

For any damaged items that we replace, we ask that we be able to keep them so that we can repair them and donate them to one of our local charity partners.

Lost Items

All decisions on lost items are in eDobi Laundry’s sole discretion and are final. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent permitted under applicable law:1. Any reimbursement for a dry cleaning or household laundry item deemed lost by eDobi Laundry shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the lost item (not inclusive of tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, or RM100, whichever is lower. 2. Any reimbursement for a wash and fold item deemed lost by eDobi Laundry shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the weight of the item multiplied by the charge per pound of wash and fold (not inclusive of tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, or RM100, whichever is lower. Furthermore, we request that customers empty pockets prior to putting laundry out for pickup as eDobi Laundry does not take responsibility, as bailee or under any other statutory or common law property principle, for any items left in pockets or left within bundles of garments (i.e. jewelry, watches, cash).

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. You have 48 hours from the date you received it to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, you must contact The eDobi Laundry Service in writing within 48 hours.

Once we receive your written request, we will notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after reviewing the request. Please note that additional information may be requested to support the issuance of the refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within three business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund for cancellation due to unacceptable time frame

If the cancellation was due to the time frame request by customer was unable to proceed, notification of cancellation will be send to our customer and payment made will be fully refunded to customer credit card in 3 to 5 working days.
