The Basic
It’s easy! Book through https://edobi.com.my or download our eDobi app. After your booking, our customer care will send you a WhatsApp confirmation.
Items can be placed in any bag. Our rider will bring an eDobi bag when they arrive at your place. Please indicate all items that require any special processing (i.e. gentle wash cycle, air dry, hand wash, stain treatment, etc.).
We can clean everything from garments to household items, curtains and carpets – machine wash, hand wash and Dry Clean. We also provide commercial business cleaning.
We provide curtain cleaning for households as well as businesses. This includes normal washed or dry cleaned and delivered folded. Take down & reinstallation services are available upon request. Ironing is also available *charged by kg.
Delivery
Our standard turnaround is 3 days, base by your selected date and time. Dry Clean requires an extra day. If you need it sooner, you can apply for Same-Day Delivery with a surcharge of RM10.00.

Our standard delivery service is between 10am – 4pm. You can select available time slots during the checkout process with an extra charge where required (eg. Same day delivery).
Hygiene & Missing Items
Absolutely not! Each bag is processed individually. We will never clean your clothes with another customer’s clothing.
In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry.
You can complete an inventory sheet prior to pick-up that details all items within your bag. Notify Customer Care Line (+6012-264 6469) of any missing items listed on the inventory sheet within 48 hours of drop-off. If your item is not located after further investigation, we will reimburse you an amount equal to your proof of purchase amount, limited to a maximum of RM100.00 per item, and a maximum total of RM200.00 per customer.
Payment & Refund
We accept all major debit cards and credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), E-Wallet and online transfer with iPay88.
We only charge half the price if you only need one trip.

Order Tracking & Cancellation
You will receive a notification once the order is out and also when the order is delivered. Tracking can also be done on the website and eDobi app. However real-time tracking is currently not available.
Yes, you can. However, you will be charged a RM5 cancellation fee (after confirmed order).
